I walked into Hastings Family Dental today for my appointment. I was greeted with a smile and. hello. The wait was short. Dr. Baur was friendly and professional. I would recommend Hastings family dental to anyone for any dental needs.
First good experience I’ve had with a dentist in a long time! Prompt service, minimal waiting, friendly staff. Dr. Franco is happy to answer any questions and explain any procedures. Macie at the front desk is excellent at scheduling, working with insurance, and providing detailed estimates to put my mind at ease.
Six month checkup and cleaning. Front desk staff very friendly and professional. No wait. Dental hygienist is competent and fast, and a lot of fun. My old teeth are in good shape because I see the dentist regularly.
I always feel very comfortable and confident in the professional service and knowledge of all the dentists and staff. They are also all so friendly and make you feel at ease. I would ( and have ) recommended this office.
