Whether you’re visiting us for a routine check-up or a big procedure, we’re here to make your treatment as affordable and stress-free as possible. We believe our patients shouldn’t have to neglect their smiles because of the cost of treatment.

That’s why we offer a variety of financial options to ensure every patient receives the dental care they need. Learn about our affordable payment options including insurance and CareCredit.


We’ve partnered with an easy, trustworthy financial program called CareCredit, where patients can pay off their treatment at a rate that fits their lifestyle.

Upon approval, you’ll be provided with a range of options including three to 12-month interest-free payments or an extended 48-month low-interest plan. It’s a quick and effective solution for patients seeking to cover their dental care right away.

To apply, fill out an easy application online or come into one of our offices to apply in-person. We’ll be more than happy to answer any questions and guide you through the process.

Flexible Payment Solutions

Here at Hastings Family Dental, we ask that all treatments are paid at the time of your service. To help make the process easier, we have a financial coordinator at both locations that’ll work with you to discuss your payment options.
If you have insurance, you’ll be expected to make a payment for the portion that’s not covered by your insurance plan. For portions not covered by insurance, we accept the following payment options:

  • Cash
  • Person Check
  • Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover
  • Financing: CareCredit

Accommodating Insurance Options

We’re committed to helping you get the most from your dental insurance coverage and the benefits you’re entitled to. Before proceeding with treatment, there’s a few things you should know:

  • We’ll be happy to file your insurance claims when you provide us with your necessary patient forms during your first visit.
  • We’ll give you an estimate of your treatment costs and our best estimation of your insurance co-payment obligation.
  • We’ll bill your insurance company as a courtesy, but you’ll be expected to pay for your dental care at the time of service.

Remember, insurance is a contract between you and your provider– our relationship is with you, our patient, and not your insurance company. Most plans routinely pay 50-75% of dental fees. This percentage is pre-determined by the plan that you or your employer has purchased.

Do you accept dental insurance?
Here at Hastings Family Dental, we accept a wide range of dental insurance providers to help you pay for your necessary treatment. It’s important to know that some providers will offer different coverage for each dental procedure, so it’s best to get in contact with them before moving forward. Our team can also help you file your claims for you to ensure everything goes smoothly before your treatment.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We offer payment plans to help you receive the care you need to achieve a beautiful, healthy smile. We work with a third-part financial program called CareCredit that allows our patients to pay for their treatments at a monthly rate.
How does CareCredit work?
CareCredit works similarly as a credit card, where you can pay for your treatment at the time and pay it back later. They offer a variety of payment plans to suit your financial needs best. You can easily apply online and with their pre-approval process, you’ll be able to use your CareCredit card right away.
Do I have to pay for my dental treatment upfront?
Here at Hastings Family Dental, we require payment at the time of your appointment. Whether it is your insurance provider who is covering the costs, CareCredit, or you’re paying out of pocket, we do need it after your treatment is complete.
