Whether you’re visiting our Hastings or Doniphan office for a routine check-up and cleaning or for a big procedure like receiving dental implants to restore your oral health, we’re here to make your treatment as affordable as possible.
We offer a variety of financial options to ensure every patient receives the necessary care they need. No one should have to neglect their smile because of the costs of treatment. Discover the different payments we accept, the financial programs we work with, and learn about our insurance policy today.
We’ve partnered with an easy, trustworthy financial program called CareCredit, where patients can make monthly payments for their treatments. If your insurance provider only covers a partial amount of your treatment, CareCredit can help you finance the remainder of your costs at a more suitable rate for you.
Rather than paying the balance of your dental treatment upfront, CareCredit offers two types of plans– a 3-, 6-, or 12-month interest-free payment plan or an extended 48-month low-interest plan.
Once approved, you can begin using your new CareCredit credit card right away for your dental care. Apply online or come in to apply at one of our offices today.
Here at Hastings Family Dental, all treatments must be paid at the time of your service. For your convenience, we have a financial coordinator that can work with you to discuss your payment options if you’re unable to pay at the time of your appointment. If you have insurance, you will be expected to make an estimated payment for the portion not covered by your insurance plan.
For the portion of costs not covered by insurance, we accept several payment options, including:
- Personal Check
- MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover
We’ve Got You Covered
At Hastings Family Dental we’re committed to helping you get the most from your dental insurance coverage.
We’re happy to file your insurance claims for you when you bring in your insurance information to your first visit. We can work with you to ensure that you receive the maximum benefits you’re entitled to.
Regardless of your insurance coverage, you’ll be given an estimate of your dental charges and our best estimate of your insurance co-payment obligation. If you require a more specific predetermination of benefits, we’re happy to file a predetermination of benefits with your insurance company.
Just remember that insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company. We’ll bill your insurance as a courtesy, but you’ll be expected to pay for your dental care at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made with our financial coordinator.
We must emphasize that as your dental care provider, our relationship is with you, our patient, and not your insurance company. Most plans routinely pay 50-75% of dental fees. This percentage is pre-determined by the plan your employer has purchased for you.
